Chief, Chiria Station, may decide.
4.
The War Department to have the right to land all necessary men or stores at the Dock Company's pier at all times, and to have a right of passage through the Dock Co's premises at all times, to and from Kowloon East Battery, or, if this be inconvenient to the Dock Company, they shall erect a pier at some other point, of such materials and construction as shall be approved by the General Officer Commanding,
5. The Dock Company to erect, when called upon a pump, oil Engine and Engine House, with all necessary pipes for the sufficient supply of water to Kowloon East Battery, or to provide a water supply from some other source to be approved of by the General Officer Commanding,
6. The Dock Company to erect, construct, relay or remove all guardhouses, cable huts, beacons, roads, piers, dolphins, cables, Telephone Shelters, Telephone poles, Depression Range Finding Pillars, Boundary Stones and all other War Dept. or Naval Works which are interfered with by their Extension Works, and provide and maintain all lights, signals etc., which may be required in the new position,
7. They will also re-imburse to the War Department, any sums actually paid out, or expended in the dismantling of the Dock Battery,

may be required in the mer nosition,

ment, any sums actually paid out, or expended in the dismantling
of the Dock Battery,
